2. Services Description

Projectry provides educational project development services for engineering students, including:

• Viva preparation and guidance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in an accredited educational institution to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you may need to provide personal information including your name, email, phone number, and educational details. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change. Current pricing includes:

• Mini Projects: Starting at ₹999
• Capstone Projects: Starting at ₹5,999
• Custom projects: Pricing varies based on requirements

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, UPI, and other digital payment platforms. Payment terms will be communicated during the project consultation.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once project development has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the work completed. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about your project.

6. Project Delivery and Timelines

6.1 Delivery Schedule

Project delivery timelines will be agreed upon during the initial consultation. We strive to meet all deadlines, but timelines may be affected by project complexity, requirement changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Revisions

Minor revisions are included in our Capstone Project package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Project Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the project code and documentation for educational purposes. Projectry retains the right to use similar concepts, techniques, and methodologies in future projects.

7.2 Third-Party Components

Projects may include open-source libraries and frameworks subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with these licenses.

7.3 Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Projectry and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Academic Integrity

Our services are designed to assist with learning and project development. You are responsible for:

• Understanding the code and concepts in your project
• Complying with your institution's academic integrity policies
• Properly attributing any code or resources as required by your institution
• Using our services as a learning tool, not for plagiarism

Projectry is not responsible for any academic consequences resulting from misuse of our services.

9. Referral Program

9.1 Program Terms

Our referral program offers ₹500 discount for successful referrals. To qualify, the referred student must complete a project purchase. Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked for fraudulent activity.

9.2 Limitations

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our projects without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our proprietary code

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

11.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance or other reasons without liability.

11.2 "As Is" Basis

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that projects will be error-free or meet all your requirements.

11.3 No Guarantee of Academic Success

While we provide high-quality projects, we cannot guarantee specific grades, academic outcomes, or acceptance by your institution.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projectry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Projectry, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
